Description
Based on the chart of accounts in which the accounts are structured, a template of up to 5 hierarchical levels for analyzing the results of the company or companies and/or cost centers is created in excel.
These levels are groupings of accounting accounts, under current, common and non-technical names, whose values are imported directly from the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), an integrated business management system, and are updated on a daily basis.
The information, known as customized analysis, covers the current year, the 3 previous years and the following year, the latter still in the form of a budget if it has already been drawn up. Information is provided according to this template, which can aggregate all the months under analysis, side by side sequentially.
Comparisons are made with the same period last year and with the budget. Graphical information is made available quickly and easily in the form of KPIs and comparative graphs.
